General Assembly
The General Assembly (GA) is the supreme decision-making body, it elects the members of the Board of Directors.
The General Assembly brings together all the members of the association every year. During this meeting the actors of the community express their vision of associative life and actions. A review of the previous year is made, as well as projections for the coming year. The GA votes on the moral and financial report and elects the directors if necessary.
All these debates are the subject of rich exchanges between the members of the association.
The Committee
The committee ensures that the fundamental values of the associative project are respected. It defines the strategy of the organization,
its economic model and controls its implementation.

Partnerships
M.I.V is looking for serious and committed partners.
Our partners can follow us on the miv.ong website or on social networks to follow the progress of each project.
The material is distributed directly to children and schools while the funds are used to act on infrastructure and pay the annual school fees of the most vulnerable families.
We want to establish a bond of trust and transparency with donors and partners so that they have the certainty of the use of donations for the actions we carry out. An annual report and a newsletter will thus be available.
